Reviews and Ratings
I stayed in one of the outdoor blocks, just a quick walk to the main hotel area. The rooms were simple but spacious with a small kitchen area, and in the junior suite, we even had our own sauna in the shower room. However, the rooms were a bit dated, and the distance to the reception with luggage was a hassle.
The hotel was an interesting mix of positives and negatives. The rooms needed renovations and were quite small, but the private sauna was a delightful feature. Waiting over 4 hours for my room after being promised an hour was certainly a downside. The service was a hit or miss with some staff being unwelcoming, but others were very friendly. The basic location lacked amenities like sharp knives, but it was close to the ski slopes and village. The dining options were good overall, with a varied buffet selection but lacking child-friendly options. Despite the flaws, the hotel offered a nice dining experience with extensive choices. The facilities were satisfactory.
The hotel had huge rooms with a nice bathroom, offering a silent environment with gym and spa possibilities. The location was great, allowing us to ski back to the side of the building, and it was in a wonderful location. However, the dining experience was poor for the price, and the service lacked that extra spark of personality.
